Members of The Bauhub are expected to lead by example in the way we conduct ourselves in business. Together we’ve commited to raise the bar for professional practices and lead our industry in the way we operate and work as a global collective.

All members are expected to adhere to our principles and practices at all times. Failure to do so may result in membership suspension or cancellation. This ensures that our clients can trust each member will provide the same great working experience.

By working together effectively, with great positive attitudes we can achieve anything. Here are the rules that will help us do this.

Principles

General

  • We will operate with honesty and integrity at all times.
  • We will communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner.
  • We will protect our fellow members and clients from harm.

Ourselves

  • We will aim to be free from ego and respect others opinions.
  • We will work to continually learn and grow as creative minds.

Our Work

  • We will not participate in spec creative work.
  • We confirm that we am full time self employed and do not have “day jobs”.
  • We will commit to grow creatively by spending at least 40 hours a year on our own raw creative and/or design projects.

Our Collective

  • We will protect the interests of our fellow members as if they were my own.
  • We will share my knowledge and ideas openly with other members as they will share with me.
  • We will actively recruit my peers who are eligible for membership.

Our Community

  • We will give back to our community.
  • We will commit to donating 40 hours of my time each year to charitable work.

Our Planet

  • We will ensure our work will be environmentally friendly and sustainable wherever possible.

Technology

  • We agree to maintain daily back-up of all my work files.

Legal

  • We agree to use only legally purchased software.
  • We agree to respect copyright laws for all countries.
  • We agree to ensure that all stock materials I use have been legally purchased.

Privacy

  • We agree to not disclose any information we receive during the course of work for any member or client.
